4(1)(b)(iii) Procedure followed in the decision making
process, including channels of supervision and accountability
Ø
Director
exercises all administrative and financial powers as may be delegated by the
Executive Board. In the absence of Director PPO will perform all the routine
duties of the Director.
Ø
All the
decisions are taken in the Annual Meeting of Council and Executive Board. The
decisions taken are implemented by Director through his subordinate officers.
Ø
Administrative/Establishment/Financial
matters – as per the Central Civil Services Rules prescribed by the Union
Ministries.
Ø
Recruitment
and Assured Career Progression – as per the provisions of recruitment rules and
guidelines issued by the DOPT.
Ø
The
various decisions are taken as per the rules and norms laid down in various
documents of Govt. of India like MOA, Service Rules, Recruitment Rules,
Fundamental Rules and Service Rules, Pension Rules, Leave Rules, Traveling
Allowance Rules.
