  5. The Council has set its norms as per powers enshrined in the Memorandum of Association (MoA). Normally meetings of Council and Executive Board held three and four times in a year as decided in the meetings of the Council and Executive Board.

    Administrative: The administrative, financial and house-keeping activities are regulated by the provisions contained in Fundamental Rules and Supplementary Rules of the Govt., General Financial Rules, Delegation of Financial Powers, Rules and Guidelines issued by the Ministry of Finance, Department of Personnel and Training and Cabinet Secretariat. Recruitments, promotions, Modified Assured Career Progressions and disciplinary actions are regulated by the provisions of recruitment rules and service rules.

    Academic: The academic activities of the Council namely various schemes are regulated by specific provisions of individual schemes. Decisions on the implementation of schemes are taken on the recommendation of committees formed by the Council.

  6. Process of redress of grievances
    Any individual can lodge his/her grievance through the Centralized Public Grievance Redress and Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) on an online-enabled system. This can be accessed through the www.pgportal.gov.in. with in one month or as early as possible the grievance always redress with in alloted schedule time.
